Samsung Galaxy S IV atau yang berkode GT-B1950 adalah salah satu produk yang akan diluncurkan pada tahun ini. Samsung memang adalah vendor smartphone kelas dunia yang paling sering meluncurkan produk-produk baru. Salah satu sumber mengatakan bahwa S IV ini akan hadir dengan  layar beresolusi 1080p serta akan ditenagai oleh chip prosesor Exynos 5 5250 Dual berbasis A-15 berkecepatan 1.7 GHz. Dengan resolusi full HD, layar berukuran 5 inchi pada perangkat dimungkinkan akan menggunakan kepadatan piksel 441 ppi. Spesifikasi layarnya itu, terlihat sangat mirip dengan layar yang diisukan bakal dimiliki oleh Samsung Galaxy S IV. Untuk peluncurannya Samsung Galaxy S IV ini disebutkan tidak akan dipamerkan di ajang MBC di Barcelona.
